First, the whole machine can not work.
1. Cause:
A. The power switch is not turned on.
B. The fuse is blown.
C. The Stop button cannot be returned.
D. Time relay, intermediate relay loose, burnt out.
E. Cable terminals 2# and 3# are disconnected.
2. Treatment Method:
A. Check whether power is sent and turn on the power switch.
B. Check whether the fuse is blown, if so, please replace it.
C. Press each "Stop" button several times to enable it to return.
D. Tighten time relay, intermediate relay or replace.
E. Check terminals 2#3# to eliminate disconnections.
Second, electric heating, no heating or heating slowly.
1. Cause:
A. The "heating switch" is not turned on or the temperature controller is set lower than the induction temperature
B. The temperature controller "SB" turns red
C. The heating contactor does not close
D. The heating pipe is damaged
2. Treatment Method:
A. Turn on the heating switch and set the temperature control meter
B. Replace the temperature sensing cable or temperature controller
C. Replace the heating switch or contactor
D. Use a multimeter to check the heat pipe installation holes, and check whether any heat pipe is heated. If yes, replace it.
Third, steam heating, no heating or heating slowly.
1. Cause:
A. Steam valve is not open
B. The "heating switch" is not turned on or the temperature controller is set lower than the induced temperature
C. The temperature controller "SB" turns red
D. Steam pipe blocked, damaged
E. The heating contactor does not close
2. Treatment Method:
A. Open the steam valve
B. Turn on the heating switch and set the temperature control meter
C. Replace the temperature sensing cable or temperature controller
D. Check and treat the steam pipe to ensure that the pipe is smooth
E. Replace the heating switch or contactor
F. Large drum drainage
Four, uneven glue.
1. Cause:
A. The upper rubber wheel and the knife plate are not good
B. The glue pressing wheel is improperly adjusted
C. The upper rubber wheel bearing is bad, go inside and outside the ring
D. The upper rubber wheel is scratched and rusted
2. Treatment Method:
A. Sharpen the knife with abrasive sand
B. Adjust the glue press wheel
C. Change the bearing, or on the rubber wheel
D. Replace the rubber wheel and change the glue (the glue is too acidic).

1. Cause:
A. The direction of the opposite cylinder is incorrect
B. Electric eye failure
C. Uneven adjustment of the network belt
D. The "Manual/automatic" switch on the panel of the electrical box is in the manual position
2. Treatment Method:
A. Change the cylinder direction
B. Wipe the glowing area of the electric eye clean
C. Adjust the tightness of the mesh belt evenly
