Traditional flexographic plate-to-plate technology for flexographic printing presses:
Process flow: (- Photosensitive resin version is generally used)
1. Back exposure: Through short-time exposure, the relief foundation of the printing plate is established;
2. Main exposure: use the original negative film for main exposure, transfer the image and text on the negative film to the plate, and the photosensitive resin of the plate is cured by photopolymerization by UV light;
3. Rinse: remove the resin in the unexposed area to form printed embossed graphics;
4. Drying: hot air drying, the solvent absorbed in the plate is discharged, and the original thickness of the plate is restored;
5. De-sticking: to remove the stickiness on the surface of the plate;
6. Post-exposure: make the printing plate undergo a complete polymerization reaction, so that the layout is fully hardened to achieve the required hardness.
