1. Start the main motor, run at low speed, and then adjust the edge position control to split the membrane in the middle position.
2. Adjust the left and right pinch rolls to align the left and right membranes, and adjust the front and rear pinch rolls to align the pattern.
3. Adjust the heat sealing knife to make it heat sealed within the required range of the bag.
4. Adjust the slitting blade to the required position, and adjust the punching position to the scissors mouth.
5. Adjust the machine speed preliminarily, take a flat sample bag for initial inspection, and if it fails to meet the specified requirements, take another flat sample bag for thermal sealing value test.
6. The produced bags shall be sorted out, and the bags with quality defects (such as folds, tunnels, flower webs, knife threads, loose heat sealing, four seals, etc.) shall be selected and bundled as required.
7. The machine quality inspector shall carry out the inspection. After the inspection is qualified, the certificate shall be attached and sent to the quality inspection room for sampling inspection.
8. During the production process, observe the bag making situation at any time and make immediate adjustment if any abnormality is found.
