Analog Signal And Automatic Operation Of Straight Wire Drawing Machine

With the improvement of mechanical processing technology, the technology of frequency converter in control is also being vigorously promoted and applied. Straight wire drawing machines have also been widely used in the production of PCs, replacing imported equipment to a certain extent. Other straight wire drawing machines are widely used in some domestic manufacturers of welding materials.

The straight-forward wire drawing machine equipped with the frequency conversion speed regulation system has excellent technology and significant energy saving. The speed regulation range is 30:1 during normal operation, and at the same time, it can provide more than 1.5 times the rated torque at 5% of the rated speed. The system logic control of the straight wire drawing machine is relatively complex, with various linkages, which are completed by PLC and do not rely on external control.

The straight-forward wire drawing machine determines the speed of the operation according to the operator's setting on the panel. The analog signal of the speed enters the PLC, and the PLC outputs the analog signal according to a certain slope after considering the time of acceleration and deceleration. The purpose of this is mainly to meet the needs of some operations such as jogging and threading.

The analog voltage signal output by the PLC is connected to the AI2 input end of all frequency converters together as the main given signal of the speed. The signal of the displacement sensor of each swing arm of the straight wire drawing machine is connected to the corresponding drum drive inverter as the feedback signal of PID control. According to the orientation of the swing arm in the middle, set a given value of PID by yourself. This system is a very typical PID control system with feedforward, one level is cascaded, and PID is used as a fine-tuning amount.
