In the production process of plastic woven bags, the coating process is the most prone to mistakes, so how can we ensure the safe production of coated plastic woven bags?



1. Align the middle of the rubber roll as far as possible before winding the cloth.


2. Before the coiled materials of woven bags are fed into the vehicle, both ends of the silicone roll shall be coated with silicone oil.


3. The synchronous speed will be reduced to less than 30 m / min when the cloth is received and lowered.


4. Pinch the roll before receiving the cloth, and don't forget to stick the tape. After receiving the cloth, make sure that the cloth edge is aligned with the polarization correction optoelectric eye, and then lift the pinch roll.


5. When connecting new cloth, the width of the cloth changes. It is necessary to observe the cloth edge and adjust the mold edge.


6. The speed is slightly slow before cloth connection; After the cloth is connected, turn off the corona machine before the double-layer joint enters the corona.


7. After the double-layer joint enters the compound roll, lift the trimming knife and turn on the blower. After the joint, cut and close the edge.


8. When the joint is winded, change the roll in time.


9. During the start-up shift, adjust the trimming width as soon as possible after walking and before connecting the new cloth. Adjust the releasing and winding tension, preheating roller temperature, corona voltage and coating speed ratio. After walking, pick up the new cloth.


10. The cold roll temperature is low, and the speed should not be higher than 35 m / min. Before start-up, close the water inlet of the cooling roll, wait for the temperature on the surface of the cooling roll, and then open the cooling water valve. Control the surface temperature of the cooling roll (40~50 ℃).


11. Adjust the tension of unwinding and rewinding to avoid bell mouth in rewinding.


12. When waste cloth appears, touch the bell twice. The winding is marked with a paper strip to prompt the next process.


Defective products and waste products, including missed coating, blistering, membrane forking, broken edges, etc., shall be marked.


13. If the flatness of the woven cloth is poor and lotus leaves appear, the release tension should be increased.


14. Before winding the cloth, first confirm the length of the end face of the cloth roll and the core iron pipe; After loading the cloth, observe the position of the cloth roll and try to be in the middle of the cot. If there is too much deviation in the middle, roll down and turn around in time. Prevent from being unable to correct because the correction stroke has been in place.


15. During the coating process, if the vehicle is returned for some reason, the corona machine, preheating and cooling roll water valves should be closed in time. After entering the car, open it one by one.


16. The woven cloth has serious ruffles. Do not put it on the operation surface to correct the deviation, and appropriately increase the unwinding tension.


17. After the winding diameter of the cloth roll is reduced, (if it is manual gear), the tension should be released.


18. When changing the specification, the surface of rubber roller and pressure roller shall be decontaminated first.


19. Before pouring the coating material into the mixer, clean the dust on the outer skin of the packaging bag. During the mixing process, the paint shall be kept clean to avoid dust entering the hopper.


20. Fill the air source triplet regularly, and drip oil for the friction wheel and pneumatic track every day.
