The appearance of cutting and sewing machine has facilitated our daily life. But sometimes, because of our improper operation, the phenomenon of jumper pin may occur. For the occurrence of this phenomenon, we should immediately stop the machine and check it. For this reason, I would like to introduce the reasons for the jumper pin of the all-in-one cutting and sewing machine.
1、 Too early hooking time
Solution: the needle rises 2.5-3mm from the lower point, and the thread tip of the rotary hook should be 0.5-1mm higher than the needle hole of the machine.
2、 Needle plate hole too large
Solution: replace the small needle plate.
3、 Presser foot height too high
Solution: the height of the presser foot shall be about 0.5mm higher than the thickness of the sewing material.
4、 The needle gap and the thread tip of the rotary hook are too large
Solution: the left and right positions between the needle notch and the thread tip of the rotary hook are 0~0.1mm.
In fact, these are minor problems. As long as we pay attention to these conditions in future operations, we can avoid the occurrence of jumper pins of the all-in-one sewing machine.
